ANOVOS’ IMPERIAL OFFICER UNIFORM – FIRST LOOK!

StarWars.com presents the exclusive reveal of ANOVOS’ new Premier Edition Imperial Officer uniform, a screen-accurate recreation of the iconic garb worn by the Empire’s chief commanders. Based on extensive research in the Lucasfilm Archives, the uniform — available in black and olive — specifically references the patterns and details employed in the costumes seen in the classic Star Wars trilogy.

The initial run of the Imperial Officer uniform is limited to only 30 pieces for each version. Uniform details break down as follows:

Jacket

Made from 100% wool, military-grade cavalry twill.
Two hidden pockets at front for code cylinders (cylinders to be sold separately).
Double breasted tunic with snap closures.
Closed collar featuring eye hooks.
White interior collar binding included to preserve cleanliness of uniform collar.
Fully lined interior.
Pant

Made from 100% wool, military-grade cavalry twill.
Classic style Jodphur breeches with flared hip, as replicated fromscreen-used pants.
Fully lined interior.
Laces and lace holes at lower leg, as per original screen-used versions worn by Grand Moff Tarkin in A New Hope.
29-inch inseam.
Hat

Made from 100% wool, military-grade cavalry twill.
Lined interior.
Sewn-in sweat band.
Cockade (a.k.a. “Code Disk”) made of metal and magnetically attached, so as to avoid puncturing the hat fabric.
Accoutrements

Includes one (1) leather belt with metal belt buckle. Reverse side of leather belt is white to prevent marring the uniform, a feature replicated from the originals.

RON HOWARD DISCUSSES THE FORCES THAT SHAPE HAN IN SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY ON THE STAR WARS SHOW

Han Solo has been a fan favorite since we first met him and his walking carpet of a copilot inside the wretched hive that is the Mos Eisley cantina.  And when Director Ron  swtor credits   Howard takes us back to Solo’s earlier days in Solo: A Star Wars Story later this month, he promises to examine some the scoundrel’s multifaceted personality and explore what — and who — shaped him into the hero we already know and love. MEET THE GEONOSIS JEDI GET TO KNOW THE JEDI WARRIORS WHO WERE THE FIRST TO FIGHT THE CLONE WARS! When Obi-Wan Kenobi got captured on Geonosis by the powerhouses of the Secessionist Movement, Mace Windu decided to lead a task force of 200 Jedi. Meanwhile, Yoda left for the Kamino system where the Republic would make use of the mysterious clone army that had been ordered about a decade ago by Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas. The participation of the Jedi on Geonosis would prove to be an omen of what the Clone Wars would bring for the guardians of peace and justice. The battle showed what the Jedi were and also what they weren’t.
